A shot of wheatgrass a day..
Keeps the doctor away.
Because I'm authoring a juicer recipe book (as part of Nate's Christmas gift), I did a substantial amount of research on wheatgrass and its health benefits. Needless to say, I was sold. I will now consider wheatgrass (and carrot juice) an important part of my diet, as I'm not a big fan of the doctor's office. From now on, I'm drinking one shot of wheatgrass and one shot of carrot juice per day. If I have enough discipline to do that everyday, I can make a safe deduction that my immune system will be intact, my skin, hair, nails, and eyesight will be in great condition, my liver will be clean, and so on.
If you're wondering what the mushy orange stuff is, it's carrot debris. I just juiced a whole bag of baby carrots. The amount of juice it generated could give me a whole week's worth of shots.
Here's another version of the wheatgrass (but it's in the juicer's feeding tube). I also thought about blipping my boyfriend playing the Tiger Woods game on the Wii, but I wanted to go for something more colorful.
McDawg said I shouldn't take so many artsy photos, as random candid ones are just as charming. I agree, and that's why I'm trying cut down on close-ups.
