Village Green

Some things, it seems, do not change.

The above image is part of the village of Steventon, which was mentioned in the Domesday book, and still has a similar number of inhabitants as it boasted then, and still covers a similar area (2400 acres).

I've had a fairly frustrating day.
Suffice it to say 'GRRRR'.

I wanted a more interesting (and better) picture. Life conspired.. (Again, 'grrrr').

But I'm reminding myself how lucky I am because:
a) the dog wasn't sick again :-)
and b)
and c)
Is it bad to open Fridays wine on Thursday???
