I've got into the habit of stopping off at the service station on the way home from Oxford ... its very easy to buy a quick sugar hit, but I'm making a real effort to get a healthy snack instead ....

Personally I'm a kitkat muncher, but I prefer the old foil packaging when I could run my nail through it ....
