Today's the day .......................... to stay indoors

Right miserable day here today. It was chucking it down with rain when I woke up - and it's still pouring now. It is so dark outside that you have needed an electric light on to see what you're doing.

What a good thing that I have a pot of little daffodils that are just beginning to flower on my kitchen window sill. They are the only bright bit of colour around. Although even this one seems to be looking out the window in despair at the rain ...................!
