Mahonia negative

Blustery dark day. I only took one photograph and then I played around with it wondering whether to submit or not. There is a large straggly Mahonia bush coming into flower by our gate and this I took and then put into negative mode and played around with the colours. A fun thing to waste time with when there is nothing else to inspire one!

Did heaps of ironing from the pile of washing yesterday. Just about sorted out his clothes. Tim has been working hard outside and tidying everything up for while he is away. They leave at 3 am this morning for Gatwick.

Wind is one of the worst types of weather here as we live on a hill facing the sou'westerlies and cant hide from it or the continual noise. After a while we all become irritable! Well at least we havn't had any rain to speak of yet.
