Balls of Steel

Well, medieval cooking pots actually. A friend bought these in an auction a number of years ago and seeing as I've been experimenting with layered textures recently; I thought this would make a good addition. I always meant to take a few shots of them but never got around to it.

I went for a lovely walk along an old abandoned railway line up near Leadgate this afternoon. I took many shots but there was none that I was completely happy with which is why you got this instead. My camera just didn't seem to do it justice today.
I must go back and try again sometime.
