Going for gold.
I realised today that my diet is far from healthy.
I eat fruit and veg and stuff but I don't really eat anything containing milk e.g. milk, cheese, yogurt. or red meat
I take glucosamine for my dodgy knee (more on that another time) and I ran out on Saturday so I went to Tesco to buy more.
They had a 3 for 2 on so thats when I decided something needed to be done. So I bought multivitamins and calcium and vitamin D
Need to get all my vitamins!
Also I only realised when I got home that I actually lifted Cod Liver Oil instead of Glucosamine with Cod Liver Oil.
Idiot.
