"Working" the Coffee Shop

A few students work at the coffee shop that is next to the dorms. They have a delicious and ever-expanding menu of fruit smoothies, coffee shakes, and grilled chocolate sandwiches. Sometimes they are super busy and work incredibly hard, but during a slow moment, you can catch them in their creating process.

It goes something like this...
1. Think of something with the ingredients we have that is a little off-the-wall
2. Make it
3. Taste it
4. Add it to the menu

Today, T was trying out a triple-decker banana sandwich, paired with a chocolate-peanut butter shake. It sounds like a winner to me!
