Sparkling

It was a sparkling, dazzling, blue sky day. A day when it was good to be alive and outside, except sadly I was indoors most of the day bashing keys on the computer. I've got the rest of the week off as we're going to help my mother in law move house - so I had a lot to try and finish off today.

This morning water drops hung in their hundreds from the lime trees near our bedroom window. A blackbird hopped around drinking from them but wouldn't get into the right position for a photo. But the sunlight was glinting off every drop and I couldn't resist the sparkles.
