Sweeping
Zihuatanejo undergoes constant cleaning. It seems the city has hired sweepers to work the public areas, which they do all the time. Private individuals take care of their own places, often sprinkling water to keep the dust down. This woman was a public worker, who obviously didn't use water, and was working the park next to the canal where the piñata stands were at Christmas time. It is hard work keeping the dust swept, but every day the residents of Zihua do their best.
