Noojee Trestle Bridge
Spence had a great time playing with his cousin, Tia (who is 8) once her and Nik arrived just before lunch. Spence and I had made cookies and a zucchini slice in the morning.
We had lunch then went on some adventures to the Noojee Treslte Bridge and then to the rain forest walk at Glen Nayook. It was a beautiful day today, blue skies, no wind but not too hot! We came home and then Spence went to bed and Tia, Nik and I played games until they had to go home.
It was really lovely to have them come and visit. We hardly ever get to see Tia since she lives nearly two hours away but also spends half her weekends at her Mum's house (she lives with her Dad, my brother). Spence absolutely loved it!
On toilet news, Spence did really well today again! Only two accidents and they were because he got too involved in playing with things and then all of a sudden it was happening!!
This is an hdr of the Trestle Bridge at Noojee that was built in 1917 and used to be used as a train line to carry wood that had been logged. You can see the tiny people down the bottom to get an idea of scale!
