Freeze Frame

I left my class in the more than (less than) capable hands of someone that should have packed in both teaching and smoking 3 decades ago. Upon return they were surprisingly (deceptively) quiet.

It turns out that they had given her the run around (causing my day to rapidly decline) and she had just given them quite a mouth full. Hence the relative calm.

This was one of many freeze frames that aptly summed up chapter two of Matilda. Not bad for a 2 minute ad hoc 'let's see how it goes type thing.'
