Spikes!

Too many kids syndrome today - three children all in different directions, two parents!

Took Sam to cross country race. John took him last week, and he was still taking of tracksuit when the starting gun went ..... Ran a good race today. finished middle of the pack, paced himself well (perhaps too well!) overtaking 13 people on the last lap, finishing 31 out of 60 odd runners!

Simon had a good hockey game - another draw (still unbeaten!!). Annie not back from netball yet! Sam currently at tennis, and Simon has a swimming gala tonight - they should sleep well..... John & I are out for a Burns Night Bash!

I have a 15 mile training walk tomorrow with Team Polar Slugs, The boys have rugby, Annie I think has a quiet day!
