Polar Slugs Team Training

Had a great Burns Night at school last night - lots of Scottish Dancing!

Tweaked my calf again, despite wearing flat shoes ..... dancing must be bad for you.

Lucy & Rob came down for a team training session. We did a 14.6 mile walk, with Charlie Dog. Having pulled The Tyre 13 miles on Thursday, it was left at home.
