Mills no 7 - Pear Mill, Stockport

Pear Mill is a Grade 2 listed building. Built between 1908 and 1912, it's a massive, but beautiful building. The original chimney is still in place, too.

The details in the brickwork, arched window openings and other 'twiddly bits' seem odd on an industrial building. It has been split up into business units, and holds a gym, several shops, a children's indoor play area. The Engine Room is now used as an indoor climbing centre.
