the girl who lives in the wood

Another mirror image of a knot in a bit of firewood. This one looks like there is a girl trapped there.
It's not a very personal blipimage again, sorry. I was going to put a picture (a very beautiful one) of one of the kids' goldfishes that we had to euthanise because it had dropsy. We froze it in an ice cream tub of water as recommended by all leading fish killers. Today we buried it in the post-tundra mush that passes as a garden. However in the interest of taste I will post the piscean corpse enshrouded in ice on jpgmag and Flickr.
We made a little head stone, with an X on it. My son quipped "X marks the Spot (the fishes' name)" smart arse ;)
