As History Remembers it....

As I was waiting for a meeting this afternoon to discuss more details about our B&B plans with a SCORE representative, I spotted this flag and Presidential portrait in the hallway with some nice lighting and had to get a cam-phone grab. Spruced it up a tad in PS.

The attitude of the guy I talked to today was similar to some other things I've read and heard. Ask until you get a "yes". Our stopper is the down payment on a large parcel of land and buildings, but I know it can be done. I just need to find the person who can help me do it. The more I think about it the more I know it's the right thing for us to be doing. He was impressed with the amount of research I've done, saying many people he sees wants someone to do the legwork for them and haven't prepared or don't want to prepare. I find that both hard to believe and believable, which is at the same time a little weird.

I'm looking for the person with the purse strings I can convince this is a profitable venture and that can ok us going forward. As they say, if it was easy everyone would be doing it. Just look at digital photography.
