Long-tailed Tit for Great Backgarden Birdwatch

I;ve been taking part in the bird count today in my small city front garden. Totals are:

14 LBJs - say 11 sparrows & 3 dunnocks
2 blue tits
2 coal tits
2 feral pigeons
1 blackbird
1 robin

and the long-tailed tit shown. Interesting because this winter is the first time I've seen them at all locally, and only caught fleeting glimpses of them once or twice.

He must have known it was a special day!
