Vertical mallards

A very flat, grey day. Went for a blipwander after some birds, but the light was so bad that I couldn't get decent shots of any. The local crows are starting to look out nest sites. A flock of long-tailed tits was a joy to watch, but only photographable with the ISO cranked up to a gazillion.
So; looks like another in the vertical composition (read: desperate-attempt-to-inject-interest-into-a-boring-blip) series.
