Oh boy, it's been super grey today. It's been damp......that horrible damp that seeps into your bones and doesn't allow you to warm up no matter how fast you move.

Kevin rents out artist studios in Leith but has been told very recently by the owner of the propery he rents that he wants the space back. There are ten people who sublet spaces from kevin. It turns out that the guy who owns the property has been telling everyone that they need to move out.......he started telling them before he told Kevin resulting in a big old mess. He also sent Kevin a letter dated 22nd January stating that he must be be out 'one month from todays date 10th January'!!!

It has all been dealt with very unprofessionally.

Kevin has had legal advice and has spoken to the artists renting spaces, he has told them he didn't know as early as they did and that the owner had no right to do what he did. They all now have until 2nd March but it's such a shame that we have to let this go.

Tomorrow we're going to be driving about town looking for suitable spaces.

So maybe not the end of line for this.
