Strange Sunday

Some days are just weird. It started very pleasantly. if a little woozily. Rachael and Kety stopped the night so we got a really good chance to catch up this morning. I love seeing them both.

Then we walked to town, via the park. There was a 'celebration' of the Chinese New Year going on, however we didn't know what was happening at first and it all just seemed a little strange. I was unaware of any predominatley Chinese communities in the area. I suspect they didn't all come from Lancaster. One of the stall holders did tell us that the people who were playing the dragons were on probabtion and had opted to do that rather than paint fences...

So, on to Sainsburys where a South African in the queue was interested in the parts of the pushchair and what they all did. Strange man indeed.

Home to cook a roast chicken dinner seemed a good way of escaping today...
