My brother and i went to the Trafford Centre on Saturday, primarily to go to this Tutankhamun exhibition, which was very interesting and pretty cool. Someone has basically made exact reconstructions of everything they found and it was pretty amazing to see it all and imagine it actually being discovered, i can't imagine what it must have felt like to find such wonderful treasures that had just been sat there for thousands of years!

The Trafford Centre itself was also quite amazing, it must be the poshest looking shopping mall i've ever encountered (maybe i just haven't lived much, i'm not sure). Though you could tell some of it, like these statues, was more trying to look posh than actually posh, the cigarette does help give that affect too i feel...

We went and ate sushi as my birthday present to my brother, it was good, oneday i'm going to have to go and just not care how much i spend though because it does narrow your options somewhat!

In the evening i moved over to Janes and we made shepherds pie and watched Fantastic Mr Fox!
