Soup

Confined to the house today. Picked up a bug on our travels, or more precisely, my husband did and being the generous, sharing type he is, he passed it on to me. It struct with avengence last night.

So whilst I still have the energy I am making lentil soup before returning to my temporary sick bed. The smell alone is turning my stomach. On a water only diet for rest of the day and hoping it passes as quickly as it arrived.

Still, as my daughter in law always says, 'Every cloud has a silver lining' - great kick start to my diet!
