Remain Calm!

A few days ago I found out that I've passed the first stage of an application for a graduate scheme! I'm really, really excited about this as it's a job I'd love to do. I think that passing the first stage was probably the most difficult part; however, I now have a numerical and verbal reasoning tests to do whenever I received them.
I'm OK with the verbal test, but the numerical one sends shivers down my spine! It's not that I'm bad at maths - I have a good grade GCSE in it, and also had to do lots of statistics during my degree - but there's something inherently scary about maths and numbers. I've done a practice test on-line and got everything right, but still...Panic!

Whilst on my adventures today I went to a health food shop and purchased some 'calming' Yogi Tea to combat pre-test nerves. It's full of chamomile, lavender and other magical, calming herbs & spices. But, to my surprise, on the bottom of the box there was instructions on yogic breathing techniques. I really like the attention, detail and effort the Yogi Tea people put into their boxes; it's almost like they actually care and are trying to help you in more ways than one.
