Last time I blipped I took a photo of the box of 'calming' tea I bought. It really is calming, some how! Also, the stringy dongle tab thing (does it even have a name?!) that is on the tea bag so it can easily be removed from boiling water has some sort of deep, wise quote on.
I like it. I might see if the brand has some normal-ish black tea. Tea bag wisdom in the morning sounds quite neat.
