Artsy house

One of the things I like best about where i live is this fabulous house with its exotic walls. Don't know who lives here now, or who did the art, but I sure do admire the exuberance!!

The artist/s have used both glass and ceramic mosaic tiles, as well as all manner of found objects - tiny faces peeking, seashells, bits of stone and marble, even porcelain figurines. The wild tropical colors of turquoise, lavender, hot pink and lime are well suited to Florida and many of the themes are of fish, mermaids, and birds. Even the public sidewalk beside the house has inlays of mosaic design.
