As anyone with young children will know - sleep becomes a very precious commodity - theirs and yours.

I find that by the time I have hit the 'Mummy Watershed' - which is the time in the evening when I really can't parent a moment longer - I fixate on getting the kids to bed and to sleep...

So for this week's blip theme I present that pivotal point when I have said 'goodnight' (yet again) and I depart for the evening while my daughter gets down to welcoming sleep!
