how to you get rid of?

Phew - glad today is done and dusted! Delivered to a second-hand baby/children goods sale this evening about 10 years of accumulated childhood 'stuff'. The sale takes place tomorrow and hopefully I will be lightened of some things and have some cash in hand.

It has taken a few weeks to sort through and label everything and in some ways say 'good bye' to those periods of childhood that are no longer part of our family.

However what do you do with the worn baby slippers, ones from a dear friend, sent from your home country, ones that you put on your youngest baby's tiny toes everyday through a cold winter - ones that are really too worn to be used by another?

I could blip them I guess...
