Scrabble shout

Well, in a reversal of last Sunday's misery, today's game actually reached a conclusion, included a scrabble and was - in spite of that 50point advantage - an interestingly close-run thing.

Reader, I rushed to place the final word and enjoy that rarest of things (for me when competing with my Dad) - a win.

Isn't it strange how minor events can change the day. No more scrabble blips, I promise.
