Back on safe ground

Having made it back to the UK safe and sound it was time for some relaxation.

Hammertime just couldn't face the journey back to the USA so is holding out here in the UK. John and I decided it would be best to show him the wonderful sites of Birmingham, however as always with the Hammer it came down to him jumping off things.

It took a few goes but finally he stuck the landing under the approving eye of the affectionately known Floozy in The Jacuzzi.

Things in Egypt are still tense. No movement from the government and a flat refusal from the opposition parties to enter talks while Mubarak is still the president. Protesters still turn out in their thousands in order to force him from office. No clear end in sight.
