Love, hate...

The hardest thing about running - many people will tell you - is getting the running shoes on. It's true!

Usually I don't have too much trouble - I just get them on and off I go.

It was easy yesterday. But today I've had an ongoing internal debate. So, I've closed down the chat. Tomorrow it is - and a longer run it will be.

That aside, I got loads of other things done today - and Skyped for the first time which I got very excited about!
