Would you sit your toddler in this swing?

This is the seat of the baby/toddler swing at the Bishop Wilton childrens play area, it has been passed as safe by some half-wit inspector for the East Riding of Yorkshire County Council.


All I can see is tears as this brittle old rubber scratches a kiddies legs.
