Workout on the apparatus floor
Dash up five flights of stairs, cross at the top, dash down the same. Hold a front plank while another group climbs the stairs. Jog to the air squat station for a set. Move to push ups station. Do all that three times. Workout 1... Done. Significantly greater physical challenge awaits.
While running around, we were doing so around these trucks. Relics of firefighting days gone by and about to be replaced by two much newer trucks.
