Erin, you just got beat by a dog.

Erin, jake and I went for a lovely walk at Portmahomack beach today, it feels so good to be up and out in the fresh air again.

The walk was most enjoyable and the only slight downer was the pikey riding his very loud 2-stroke motocross bike at a million miles an hour, very close to young children whilst trying to pop wheelies.

Wow, I really do sound like an old man.
