Purple Patch

A long day working in the garden making the level base area for my new workshop. I'm pleased to be able to recycle all kinds of heaps of stones and building rubble that was laying around in heaps waiting to become useful one day. Today was the day and a beautiful sunny day it was. I think I sunburned my head.

No apologies for another crocus blip - they're looking stunning all over the garden at the moment. Not quite sure how they spread around the place so much but more than happy that they have.

What I noticed today was how quickly they open up when the sun shine on them and then close again when it clouds over for a while.
