Socks

These are my feet - I always wear odd socks because I could never be bothered to pair them up after I'd washed them. Recently, though, it's been a deliberate choice because the kids always comment on them - especially when, every now and again, I accidentally wear matching socks! I liked the fact that the colours were inverted in today's sock choices - completely unintentional.

Today was alright - eldest child was crazy ill and consequently stayed home in the afternoon, but it was lovely and warm out! The mum came home early and made hamburgers for dinner, and then I went out to a bar called UFO with A, D and P, who we hadn't seen since our fake Noel dinner. Unfortunately I seemed to be getting whatever eldest child had and consequently alternated between nauseatingly hot and shiveringly cold all night. It was fun though, I just didn't feel like dancing. We all left about 1.30 am because we are horrendously rock and roll.
