Bourges

Bourges is the capital is our department. So all admin stuff happens here, passport, vehicle reg, marriage cert, etc. For me this is also the national education offices, so I spent today one meeting after another meeting in preparation for next year.

The up shot is that is Bourges a wonderful Roman/medieval city.
