Shutters

I'm not sure if shutters are as characteristic of dutch scenery as are canals, windmills and bicycles.

There are certainly lots of them on some of the streets of Utrecht.

Wasn't able to post my blips for the last couple of days, so I've backblipped for 13th February and 14th February.
