Poaching

Really gutted with the weather on Sunday. Sunday is the only entire day Mathew & I get together, so after a cracking start to Saturday (when he was working) it was disappointing to have pouring rain on Sunday. On that kind of day we'd normally go out for lunch, but because of my weight-loss effort, we're limited on how often we can do this, where we go, and what I eat! So we didn't!

Instead, we decided lunch should be poached egg with asparagus. We fail @ poaching eggs. Eventually these lil devices helped us get something that nearly looked the part... but they were too hard. More practice needed, but I think we have the solution!
