Cutting a Thread

After a shit of a day at work I came home and spent the better part of an hour drilling out this knob which had a snapped off screw in it. When I had finished drilling it out I tapped a new thread. It was extremely satisfying to screw the finished knob onto the ash drawer of the stove.

Tomorrow is the big one. I will be fitting the stove top.

Maybe I should wait...
