We decided it might be a good idea to light a chinese lantern in the garden, while holding hands and watching it float up into the sky.... All very romantic and lovely. It went on fire. We stood, disappointed and looking at our tiny little bonfire in the garden. Wee one was confused... "but I thought it was to float in the air Daddy?"
