Window to the world

This is currently the window to my world as I lay in my bed recovering from cancer surgery. The visual view is limited but fortunately my view and interaction with the world is not limited to what I can "see" from my window. My life is overflowing with the blessing of God's abiding presence, with the love and prayers of family, and friends, and the gracious good fortune of being able to have surgery and a home in which to recover. My heart grieves for the vast majority of the world who lack at least one of these things.
