Looking out the dirty old window

It's a filthy day out there. Reu's at chiro Dr Charlie's, reviewing his scoliosis and partially fused vertebrae. He previously saw him when I would go to the great Dr Charlie for my big baby Callum induced sciatica and I went from a wheelchair at one point to mobility. He has miracle hands. His gorgeous wife has just FB me to say, "We have your little Roo her and are holding him ransom. WE ADORE HIM". Made me smile. Look for Reu under Charlie's Angels from 30 months back.

It really is p* it down outside, incredible rain for SoCal. So the plains get diverted from taking off over the ocean and seem to be taking off over our heads. Other than that, it makes a pleasant change to see rain. It brings out the fragrance of the pines and eucalyptus. Saw a male stripper running down our street earlier as you do. Maybe not entirely naked; he looked more like a sumo wrestler with a thong and was sitting on folk's garden lawns. Rather surreal. The police arrived shortly after but I didn't get the full picture.

Keep Reu in your thoughts for Tuesday. He's having surgery to close his former tracheostomy stoma, rescheduled from January. It will involve opening up the existing hole horizontally in order to stitch the soft tissue inside together as you cannot stitch skin to skin.
