Lazy Lunch

After a very hectic weekend we went to Salts Diner in the old Salts Mill in Saltaire for a great Bangers and Mash lunch before taking my friend to the airport for her flight back to the Isle of Man.

I love this setting in the old mill and each floor is always decorated by huge bowls of white lilies as here. The place has a very specific smell which is a combination the wool and oil smells of the mill over laden with the heady pungency of the lilies.
