Light fading on the River Thurso

Spent time this afternoon experimenting with the speed settings on my camera. So much to learn! Went for a wander along the river bank and tried to use what was just in front of me and make it interesting my using different settings and vantage points.

Had a lovely dinner with my family and two little grandsons. Trying to make the most of the time I have left with them as they are moving to Inverness in a weeks time. I will miss them badly but have to take the positives out of the situation. I will look forward to visiting them and keep in touch by other means.
