Killer Carbonara

This is what we had for tea tonight. It used to be quite a favourite in our house but the last time we had it - nearly 5 years ago - my husband suffered a heart attack! Hence the name 'Killer Carbonara'. This evening, he only had a small portion. I will keep an eye on him.
