Nutella

Made pancakes with nutella spread as a reward for my day of exercise...Kind of counterintuitive. I've ended up spending about an hour and a half on my bike today as well as an hour in the pool so I felt it was deserved!
Now I'm knackered, but theres a little more reading to do before bed. mmm bed :)
... just noticed how mangled the knife looks...probably should get some better cutlery!
