Abandoned and neglected 9

A door that has aged beautifully.

There are doors to get in and doors to get out. Doors that open to new oportunities and doors that close right on your nose making that oportunity impossible. You may like what's behing that door, you may not. Do they open inwards or outwards? "Push the door after you try pulling it" many doors say. They hide lots of surprises, like life...

Let's just imagine that behind this beutifully aged door there's something good, at least some hope for all of those who are suffering so much at the moment...

I had a busy day off which didn't feel much like a day off. One of those days that you end up doing all that stuff that you don't have time to do during your working days. Went to the doctor's and to get doctor's prescription. They didn't have the prescribed medicine at the chemist's, had to come back later. Didn't have it again. Grrr! Got new parts for the hoover, bought a new microwave cause the old one exploded, did my washing... And tried to get some rest as well somewhere in between doing all these things because today I was not feeling particularly well.

A good thing is that I was happy to bump into a friend of mine I hadn't seen for ages. An African drummer who pairs up with a Scottish piper to create a very interesting mixture of pipes and drums!

Now I can relax and have some tea.
