Supreme Court in Gib

The court has just re-opened after an expensive renovation. There has been quite a lot of controversy about the cost - today there was a family camping out next to City Hall, protesting about being made homeless by the government - apparently there is no provision here for homeless people. but plenty of money for 'status' building.
