Aerial View (L)

Visit Scotland is currently running a television advert to encourage people to come to Scotland for a holiday. You may have seen it. Presumably it is being shown all around the UK and perhaps even worldwide.

The opening sequence of the video are aerial shots of a snow-covered Stirling Castle. Well.............I couldn't afford the helicopter to take some photos so here is my alternative aerial shot of the Castle. Hope you like it! (just some Friday frivolity for blipping).

ps I'd enter this for the Spirit challenge but haven't worked out yet how to do this. It would be called 'Spirit of Endeavour' as in endeavouring to do what Visit Scotland has done but much cheaper!! But of course to nowhere near the same effect as their video.

pps - it would be really cool to do the same shot for real but will have to wait until I can access an aircraft to do that. I'll keep it on my 'to do' list.
